Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the Padel Club Simulator game (the "App") published by Claudiu Tigaroi ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms.
1. Licence and Apple's Standard EULA
The App is licensed, not sold, to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). These Terms add to the Standard EULA. If the two conflict, the Standard EULA applies. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
2. The game
Padel Club Simulator is a single-player simulation for entertainment. All cash, prices, customers, staff, rival clubs, sponsors and results in the game are fictional. In-game money has no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods or services. Real city and country names are used for setting only; no club, federation, brand or organisation is affiliated with or endorses the App.
Nothing in the App is financial, business or legal advice. Results in the game do not predict how a real padel club would perform.
3. In-app purchases
The App is free to download and the full Career mode can be played without paying. Optional purchases are sold through Apple's App Store and charged to your Apple Account. Prices are shown in the App in your local currency before you buy, and may vary by country and change over time.

One-time purchases are tied to your Apple Account and can be restored on your other devices with "Restore Purchases" in the Club Pro screen or the Shop. These purchases are not shared through Family Sharing.
4. Club Pro auto-renewable subscription
- Plans: Club Pro Weekly (1 week), Club Pro Monthly (1 month) and Club Pro Yearly (1 year). The price of each plan is shown in the App before purchase.
- Free trial: the weekly plan may include a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. When the trial ends, the weekly price is charged unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited if you buy another Club Pro plan.
- Payment: payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase (or when a free trial ends).
- Automatic renewal: the subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. If the price changes, Apple notifies you as required and, where required, asks for your consent.
- Manage or cancel: in the App (Club Pro screen > Manage subscription) or in iOS Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Club Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Refunds: payments are handled by Apple. To request a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple's refund rules and your statutory consumer rights apply.
Club Pro benefits work only while the subscription is active. Your saved games remain yours when it ends: careers in extra save slots are never deleted and stay on your device, but slots beyond the free two are locked until you subscribe again.
5. Saves, iCloud and Game Center
Your game is saved on your device and, if iCloud Drive is available and backups are on, backed up to your own iCloud account. We do not store your saves and cannot recover them for you. Deleting the App, resetting your device, turning off iCloud or deleting iCloud data may delete your progress. Game Center is provided by Apple and is subject to Apple's terms.
6. Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the App except as permitted by law or the Standard EULA, and do not use cheats or tampered data to post Game Center scores. We may ignore or ask Apple to remove scores that are clearly not achieved through normal play.
7. Changes and availability
We may update the App to fix problems, add or change content and balance the game. We try to keep your saved games working across updates. We may stop offering the App or a purchase in the future; if so, items you already bought remain available on devices where the App is installed, as far as Apple's platform allows.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties beyond those in the Standard EULA and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of game progress. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under the law of your country.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. If a change materially affects paid features, we will mention it in the App's release notes.
