Privacy Policy
Padel Club Simulator (the "App") is a single-player business simulation game for iPhone and iPad, developed by Claudiu Tigaroi ("we", "us"). This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the App.
- We do not collect, receive, sell or share any personal data. We have no servers for the App.
- No account or login, no advertising, no analytics, no tracking, no third-party SDKs.
- Your game is stored on your device. Optional Apple services (iCloud, Game Center, App Store purchases) are run by Apple under your Apple Account.
1. Data we collect
None. The App does not send any information to us or to any third party we work with. It has no account system, no sign-in of its own, no advertising, no analytics or crash-reporting tools and no tracking. It does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA) and does not ask for permission to track you.
The App does not access your contacts, location, camera, microphone, health data or photo library contents. The only optional permissions are notifications (see section 4) and, if you choose "Save Image" when sharing your club card, adding that one image to your photo library. The App cannot read your photos.
2. Data stored on your device
To let you play, the App keeps the following on your device only:

The simulated customers, staff and rival clubs in the game are fictional and generated on your device. Deleting the App deletes all of this data from your device, except an iCloud backup (section 3).
3. Apple services
The App uses some Apple services. When you use them, Apple processes the data under your Apple Account and Apple's Privacy Policy. We cannot see or access this data.
- iCloud backup. If you are signed in to iCloud with iCloud Drive turned on, the App backs up your active save file to the App's private container in your own iCloud account, plus a small note of the latest backup in iCloud key-value storage, so you can restore your game on a new device. It is on by default and you can turn it off any time in the App under Management > Settings > "Back up to iCloud". You can delete the backup in iOS Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Manage Account Storage.
- Game Center. If you are signed in to Game Center, the App reports your achievements and scores from Career mode (not Sandbox or Challenges) to Game Center, including four leaderboards (best monthly profit, club valuation, days to your first indoor club, manager level). Your Game Center nickname and scores may be visible to other players according to your Game Center settings. You can decline Game Center and still play the full game.
- In-app purchases. Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. We never receive your name, email address, or payment details. Apple gives us aggregated, non-identifying sales and usage reports (App Store Connect), as it does for every app.
4. Notifications
Notifications are off until you turn them on in the App. They are local notifications created on your device (for example, when an event at your club is about to start). No push notification service is used and nothing is sent to us.
5. Children
The App is made for a general audience and is not directed at children. Because we collect no personal data from anyone, we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or the minimum age that applies in your country).
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation or the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or move your personal data. Because the App does not give us any personal data, we hold none about you to access, correct or delete. You control the data stored on your device and in your iCloud account directly, as described above.
If you email us, we use your email address and message only to answer you. We keep the conversation only as long as needed to resolve your request, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
7. Security
Your saved games are stored using the standard iOS data protection of your device, and iCloud data is protected by Apple. We do not operate any servers that store your data.
8. Changes to this policy
If a future version of the App changes how data is handled (for example, optional anonymous usage statistics), we will update this policy and the App Store privacy information before that version is released, and any such feature will be off unless you turn it on. The effective date at the top shows the latest version.
