Frequently asked questions

Do I need an account or an internet connection?

No. There is no login and the game is fully playable offline. Game Center and iCloud backup are optional Apple features.

How is my game saved?

The game saves automatically every in-game day and whenever you leave the app. You can also tap "Save now" in Management > Settings. You have 2 save slots (5 with Club Pro).

How do I move my game to a new iPhone or iPad?

Make sure you are signed in to iCloud with iCloud Drive turned on, and that "Back up to iCloud" is on in Management > Settings on your old device. Install the game on the new device with the same Apple Account; it offers to restore the latest backup. The backup covers the save slot you were playing.

I bought something and don't see it

Open the Club Pro screen or the Shop (Management > Club Pro & Shop) and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy. The Starter Pack is applied automatically to your current career and to each new career.

How do I cancel Club Pro?

Open the Club Pro screen and tap "Manage Subscription", or go to iOS Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (or the free trial) to avoid the next charge. Club Pro stays active until the period you paid for ends. How do I get a refund?

Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds ourselves.

My Game Center scores don't appear

Achievements and leaderboard scores are reported from Career mode only; Sandbox and Challenge runs do not report to Game Center. Check that you are signed in to Game Center in iOS Settings > Game Center.

The widget shows old data

The widget updates when you play. Open the game for a moment and the widget refreshes. If it still looks wrong, remove the widget and add it again.
